Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Quark AI License Key and the immediate delivery of the Study Protocol, all sales are final.

Once a payment is processed and a License Key is generated, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances.

The License Key is a single-use digital asset bound to your Hardware ID.
Incorrect Hardware ID entry is the responsibility of the user and does not qualify for a refund.
In case of a technical payment failure where a key is NOT minted, our system triggers an automatic refund (Money-Revert) within 5-7 business days.

Terms of Service

By accessing Quark AI, you agree to the following conditions:

The software is provided "as is" for academic preparation purposes.
Licenses are hardware-locked. You are permitted a maximum of 2 device shifts per year.
Unauthorized distribution of keys or reverse-engineering of the Quark Engine will result in immediate permanent key suspension without notice.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is absolute. We do not harvest personal data.

Data Sovereignty: All AI chats and academic data are stored locally on your device.
Encryption: We only store your Hardware ID and License Key in our secure cloud (Firestore) to verify your access.
Third Parties: Payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay; we never see your bank or card details.
